Returned Policy

Policies : Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. There are no refunds available either.
We take utmost care while packing the products in case of shipping through our courier partners. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the same product. Replacement or exchange shall be given only if there are any damages and with in 2 days of delivery, if its more than 2 days then there shall be no replacement / exchange ( unboxing video is must). For replacement, the item needs to be couriered back to the address we provide and we shall replace it and courier once we get back your parcel (stone fallen or stone coming out or pearls fallen will not be considered as a damage as it can be stuck back). We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

Return Policies

Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Refund Policies

The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds policy.
Initiated amount will be refund in 4-5 working days.
