  • What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
    - We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions through PayU, Sezzle, Razorpay, Paypal, UPI payment gateways:
    - Net Banking - all major banks
    - Debit Cards - all major banks
    - UPI (BHIM, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PhonePay etc.)

Policies
Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. There are no refunds available either.

We take utmost care while packing the products in case of shipping through our courier partners. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the same product. Replacement or exchange shall be given only if there are any damages and with in 2 days of delivery, if its more than 2 days then there shall be no replacement / exchange ( unboxing video is must). For replacement, the item needs to be couriered back to the address we provide and we shall replace it and courier once we get back your parcel (stone fallen or stone coming out or pearls fallen will not be considered as a damage as it can be stuck back)
